About the shared the Information we Receives
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.
We are an independent Tour Guide company. We provide to you with a Tour Guide service and transportation. We recommend you buy your own Travel Insurance as we are not a Travel Agency and we are not responsible for any loss or injury occurring outside of our transportation vehicle.
OUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you bought it by mistake at the booking process, you can request a Full Refund within 24 hours when the Tour booked is at least 5 business days ahead, or exchange the Tour for another one based on Company availability and or receive Credit for it. Guests may cancel up to 24 hours in advance of your tour to be eligible for a 50% refund and rest as a Credit to be use in another Tour based on Company availability.

No full refunds will be issued for cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
